When customers make a claim, its usually a very stressful moment in their life. As a claims professionals, it's your role to sensitively evaluate and analyse the documentation necessary for claim payments or denials. Carefully assessing claims according to the policy/certificate provisions and state regulations is essential. Claims professionals work closely with Legal Counsel and Compliance to assist in resolution of claim.
In a customer service role, you not only play a vital role for exceeding customer's expectations, but can also help sell our products and services effectively when people make an enquiry, or through cross-selling and external partner transfers. You will excel in determining customer needs, describing and explaining products, making recommendations, and transferring sales for verification.
