Commissions Specialist

Responsible for completing the proper procedures to ensure that the agents receive the commission due them for selling the company products.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, audit and mail the daily advance commission statements, checks & electronic funds transfers.
  • Analyze, audit & mail the monthly-earned commission statements, checks and electronic funds transfers.
  • Maintain records, handle inquires and conduct research as needed for advance and earned commission accounts.
  • Evaluate daily commission advances and monthly earned commission for discrepancies.
  • Daily communications to the agents via telephone e-mail and mail.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Basic MS Word, Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent math aptitude.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Skills Advantage Work Ready Certificate, Optional
