This is what you do as a Junior Investment Strategist
We are responsible for investment strategy consultancy for institutional clients. As a Junior Investment Strategist within our team, you are responsible for asset & liability management, risk analysis, conducting research into (alternative) asset categories, and last but not least responsible investment (RI). As an investment strategist and specialist on RI you collaborate with team members and with other colleagues from other teams like portfolio management, responsible investments, product and legal. You will (pro-actively) advice and support the board and investment committee of our institutional clients on their strategic asset allocation in combination with their approach towards responsible investing. As such, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of their RI policy. The team consists of 19 professionals in Groningen, The Hague and Edinburgh who support large institutional clients in making investment decisions. Together we ensure that we provide our clients with high-quality investment advice and innovative solutions. You will work within an inspiring but at the same time challenging environment.
This is your future position, because you:
- Have a Master’s degree;
- Are result-oriented and analytical;
- Have 0-2 years’ experience within a financial institution;
- Have strong social and communicative skills and work best in a team;
- Experience in managing projects;
- Have a pro-active and diligent attitude;
- Are proficient in Dutch and English.

- You will be earning between €2.950 and €3.560. You will also receive a thirteenth month and a holiday allowance in the form of a monthly flex budget, amounting to 16.7% of your monthly salary
